TENDERS will be received at this Office on or before Tuesday, the 11th October next, at noon, from persons desirous of supplying the Colonial Hospital in Wellington, with the undermentioned Rations and Stores, from the first day of November next, until the 30th day of June, 1860, inclusive :-
RATIONS.
Full Diet Rations, at per ration
Half " " " "
Low " " " "
Spoon " " " "
Milk " " " "
A copy of the established scale of Rations may be seen at the Hospital.
STORES.
Beef, Mutton, Flour, Arrowroot, Sago, Rice, Tea, Sugar, Oatmeal, Salt, Yellow Soap, Pearl Barley, Mixed Vegetables, Potatoes, Loaf Sugar, Treacle, Bread, Honey, Mustard, Bright Sugar and Lard.
Eggs, at per dozen
Milk, " pint
Port Wine, at per dozen
Sherry, " "
Porter, " gallon
Brandy, " "
Rum, " "
Vinegar, " "

The Government or the Contractor will be at liberty to terminate the contract, by giving three months notice of their desire to do so.
