I, Stephen Carkeek, do solemnly and sincerely declare that the foregoing is a true and faithful statement of my account as Collector of Customs for the period herein mentioned, and that the sum of £2511 13s. 1d. sterling, paid by me as above, is the whole amount so received by me from the First to the Thirtieth day of April, 1859, both days inclusive, and I do make this solemn declaration, conscientiously believing the same to be true.
