NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership carried on by Thomas Dillon Smith and Henry William Browell, under the title of T. D. Smith and Co., of Lambton Quay, Wellington, is this day dissolved by mutual consent. All claims against the said Firm will be liquidated by the said T. D. Smith, by whom all outstanding accounts will be paid.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Sitting of the Circuit Court of the Supreme Court, for the dispatch of Civil and Criminal Business, will be held at Wellington, on Wednesday, the 1st day of December next, at Ten o’clock in the forenoon, at the building heretofore used as a Court House, and will thence be forthwith adjourned to the Provincial Government Buildings. Criminal cases will be heard on the said 1st day of December. Civil cases will not be taken until the following Tuesday, the 7th day of December.
