The following Act, passed by the Superintendent and Provincial Council of the Province of Wellington, intituled
"An Act to repeal the Streets, Sewerage, and Drainage Act, Session II., No. 17, as to part of the Town of Wellington, Session VI., No. 3,"
having been laid before the Governor, in conformity with the provisions of the Constitution Act, His Excellency has been pleased to leave the same to its operation.

CUSTOMS SALE.
THE following (seized for a breach of the Customs Ordinance, Session I., No. 3,) will be sold by Public Auction, at Messrs. Bethune and Hunter’s Bonding Warehouse, on Monday, the 8th day of November, 1858, at 12 o’clock (noon) viz.:
One Quarter-cask of Rum.
