NOTICE is hereby given that a Survey Plan and Section of a Road proposed to be made by the Wardens of the Tunahaere District at Wanganui, together with a list of the names of the owners and occupiers of the land on which such road is intended to be, an estimate of the expenses thereof, and of the quantities of land required for the same, with a statement of the amount of compensation proposed to be paid to each of the owners and occupiers of such land, are now deposited in this Office, and open for the inspection of all persons interested, in accordance with the 22nd Clause of the “District Highways’ Act,” of Session III., No. 4.

Notice is further given that there will be a meeting of the Board for the said Tunahaere District held, at noon of Tuesday, the 9th day of November, 1858, at the Rutland Hotel, Wanganui.
