THOMAS HITCHINGS, Esq., Surgeon,
has been appointed Coroner for the District of Napier.

NO TENDER having been accepted for Contract No. 2, in the Wairarapa previously advertised, further Tenders are invited to be sent in before Noon on Monday, the 25th January instant.
Specifications may be seen at the Land Office.

NOTICE.

THE Boundary line of the Agricultural Reserve in the Rangitiki District described in a previous Notice,
given by F. D. Bell, Esq., late Land Commissioner, as the Block No. 2, not
having been defined, I hereby fix the boundary of the same on the west to be
the eastern boundary of Mr. Wilson's Block, and an extension thereof till it meets the northern boundary of the said Reserve; and on the north an east and west line continued from the northern boundary of Section No. LV. on the Rangitiki Plan till it meets the said eastern boundary above given.

AND NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that all Lands in the said District not included in the said Agricultural Reserve as above defined, will be open for Sale as Rural Land from the 1st February next.
