Wellington, 3rd June, 1858.

WILLIAM FOX, Chief Land Commissioner of Wellington, duly appointed to
hear and decide claims to Land, by persons claiming title thereto, from, through,
or under the New Zealand Company, do hereby decide, in conformity with the provisions of the Act of the Provincial Council, Session V., No. 2, that the person whose
name is hereunder written, is duly entitled to Government Scrip, the particulars
whereof are set opposite his name.
