NOTICE.

Provincial Secretary’s Office,
Wellington, 4th May, 1857.

ESTIMATES and Section of an intended line of road situated in the Upper Waiwetu District, have been deposited at this Office by the Chairman of the Board of Wardens for that District in terms of the 22nd clause of the District Highways’ Act.

NOTICE.

At a Meeting of the voters of the Lower Waiwetu District held on the 27th March last, the following persons were elected as a Board of Wardens for the said District under the District Highways’ Act, Session III, No. 4, viz.—

Messrs. Ludlam, Chairman
Cook
Milne
Braithwaite
Copeland
Sykes, and
Frethy.

NOTICE

JAMES ANDERSON, of Wai-kare, having withdrawn all claim to that portion of the run awarded in the Provincial Gazette, No. 17, 1st November, 1854, lying between the Mohaka and Waita Rivers, in the Mohaka Block, it is consequently open to Applicants...

The portion retained by that gentleman is bounded South—the Waikare River; East—the Sea and Waita River; West—a line from Pukahun Creek to the Waita River, about three miles from the sea, 5,500 acres.

is hereby given that JOHN JAMES MAGEE, Esq., of Wellington, has duly qualified as a Medical Practitioner under the Act of the Provincial Council passed on the 14th January 1854, intituled, "An Act to establish a Medical Board, and to declare who shall be deemed a qualified Medical Practitioner within the Province."
