to be Sheep Inspector for the Wanganui-Rangitikei District.
The appointments to bear date from the 1st January, 1857.

Tepp, Esquire, of Wellington, has duly qualified as a Medical Practitioner under the Act of the Provincial Council passed on the 14th January, 1854, intituled, “An Act to establish a Medical Board, and to declare who shall be deemed a qualified Medical Practitioner within the Province.”

In the matter of the Estate of William Morgan Webster, of Wanganui, Deceased, Intestate.
PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable Court, the Creditors of the above named Intestate, are on or before the 9th day of June next, to come and prove their debts before Robert Rodger Strang, Esquire, at his Office, in the Court House, Wellington, or in default thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the said Estate.
