PROTESTS.

PROTESTS AGAINST GAZETTED RUNS IN THE AHURIRI DISTRICT.

HEREBY give notice that I have received the undermentioned Protests against the awards of the late Commissioner of Crown Lands in the Ahuriri District, and that I shall hold a Court at Napier on the 20th day of March next, or as soon as may be practicable, to hear and decide upon the same.

R. J. Duncan	Rua Tanuiwha	Messrs. Marshall, Worgan, and Fannin; to whom portions of Run applied for by Mr. Duncan, have been awarded by the late Commissioner.

Mr. Duncan protests against these awards on the ground of the priority of his own application and the insufficiency of the quantity awarded to him. |
