In the Matter of the Estate of Thomas Horsburgh, Chatham Islands, Trader, Deceased Intestate.

PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable Court, the Creditors of the above named Intestate, are on or before the 28th day of April next, to come and prove their Debts before Robert Rodger Strang, Esquire, at his office in the Court House, Wellington, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the said Estate.
