WELLINGTON STEAM NAVIGATION COMPANY.
NOTICE is hereby given that application will be made to the Provincial Council of Wellington at their next Session at Wellington by the present Joint Stock Company or Partnership under the Mixed Partnerships Act, carrying on business at Wellington under the style or firm of William Hickson, William Barnard Rhodes, George Hunter, William Bowler, William Waring Taylor, and others, Wellington Steam Navigation Company, for the introduction of a Bill for the carrying on the business of such Company or Partnership with limited liability and to be called or styled "Wellington Steam Navigation Company, Limited liability." That the general nature of the business to be transacted by such Company will be the conveyance of Passengers and goods in the Steam Vessel Wonga Wonga, or any other Steam vessel or vessels the said Company may have between such places as the said Company may from time to time determine, and also to provide for the Sale and Transfer of Shares and the doing all such other acts and things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
