PROCLAMATION.
By His Honor Isaac Earl Featherson, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, in the Islands of New Zealand.
WHEREAS an Act was passed in the Provincial Council of the Province of Wellington, Sess. I, No. 13, for the purpose of making further and other provisions relative to Fencing within the Province, and by the said Act it is enacted that the Superintendent shall whenever it shall appear to him expedient so to do, by Proclamation declare the said Act shall come into operation within any Town or District of the Province, and by the same Proclamation declare the limits of such Town or District:
And Whereas it shall appear to him expedient so to do;
Now therefore I, the said Isaac Earl Featherson, Superintendent of the Province of Wellington, by virtue of the authority in me vested in this behalf, do hereby Proclaim and declare, that the said Act, Session I., No. 13, intituled
"An Act to make further provisions relative to Fencing within the Districts of the Province," shall come into operation within the following Districts, viz.,--
THE UPPER HUTT DISTRICT.
The boundaries of which are as follows:—
North—The Mungaroa River
South—The Northern Boundary of the Lower Hutt District
East—The Boundary of the Block.
West—The Hutt River.
Given under my hand, and issued under the Public Seal of the Province of Wellington, at Wellington, this tenth day of September, One thousand eight hundred and fifty-seven.
