I hereby give Notice that I shall hold a Court at my office, Wellington, on Thursday the 24th day of September next, for the purpose of deciding on the Applications of George Henry Luxford, George Ashdown, James Macmanaman and C. A. Vallance, for runs in the Terawite District.

The Articles to be of the best quality.
The tenders to state price free on board such vessel, in Wellington Harbour, as the Government may direct.
