SUPREME COURT.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Sitting of the Supreme Court for the despatch of Criminal business will be holden at the Court House, Wellington, on Tuesday, the 1st day of September next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, and that a Sitting for the despatch of Civil business, will be holden at the Court House, on Monday, the seventh day of September next, at the hour of ten o'clock in the forenoon, at which time and place all persons under recognizances to appear either as Prosecutors, Defendants or Witnesses are required to give their attendance.

AWARD OF SCRIP.
WILLIAM FOX, the Chief Land Commissioner of Wellington having in conformity with the provisions of the Act of the Provincial Council, Session IV., No. 2, heard the Claim of Augustus Keith of Melbourne, have reported to His Honor the Superintendent that the said Augustus Keith is entitled to Provincial Government Scrip for Seventy-five pounds (£75).
