We have the honor to enclose you a Balance Sheet of the Wellington Province from the commencement up to the 31st December last.
The satisfactory state of the Finances which it exhibits, is a subject upon which we beg to congratulate your Honor, as well as upon the state in which the Books and Accounts of the Province generally are now kept and conducted.
