Notice to persons having Houses or Lodgings to let.

IT being desirable to afford to new arrivals every possible information relative to House accommodation, this Office will be happy to receive information, from persons having Houses or Lodgings to let, as to the terms, situation, &c., thereof.

THIS Office is prepared to receive from Employers of Labour, particulars of the descriptions, &c., they require, wages, &c., &c.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Survey Plan and Section of a Road proposed to be made by the Wardens of the Tunahaere district at Wanganui, together with a list of the names of the owners and occupiers of the land on which such road is intended to be, an estimate of the expense thereof and of the quantities of land required for the same, with a statement of the amount of compensation proposed to be paid to each of the owners and occupiers of such land, are now deposited in this Office, and open for the inspection of all persons interested, in accordance with the 22nd clause of the "District Highways Act" of Session III, No. 4.

Notice is further given that there will be a meeting of the Board for the said Tunahaere District held at noon of Thursday, the 18th day of December instant, at the Commercial Hotel, Wanganui.
