NOTICE.

Provincial Secretary\'s Office,
Wellington November 25, 1856.

AT a Meeting of the voters for the upper
Waiwetu District convened by Benjamin
Buck, Esq., Coroner, in accordance with the
provisions of the "District Highways Act,"
on the 17th of November instant, the follow-
ing persons were elected Wardens under the
Act, viz.,β€”

WILLIAM HUGHEY,
SAMUEL BURNETT,
JOHN SHAARIN,
RICHARD CLIFTON, Sen,

TENDERS will be received at this Office
at Noon, on MONDAY, 1st of December
next, for erecting a Fence at the Wellington
Gaol.

Plans and Specifications are to be seen at
the above Office.
