HIS HONOR THE SUPERINTENDENT
HIS HONOR the SUPERINTENDENT directs the publication of the following Proclamation by His Excellency the Officer administering the Government, sanctioning the "Additional Land Regulations for the amendment and extension of the Regulations of the 4th March, 1853," and also the "Regulations for the licensed occupation of the public pasture lands of the Province of Wellington," as recommended to His Excellency by the Superintendent and Provincial Council of Wellington, under the Waste Lands Act, 1854, of the General Assembly of New Zealand.

By His Excellency Colonel Robert Henry Wynyard,
Companion of the most Honourable Order of the Bath,
Officer Administering the Government, Commander-in-Chief in and over the Islands of New Zealand and its dependencies, &c., &c., &c.
