TENDERS will be received at this Office, on or before the 31st instant, from Persons desirous of furnishing the Provincial Government with ONE IRON CHEST.
The dimensions of the Chest should be stated in the Tenders. Tenders to be in duplicate, sealed and endorsed "Tenders for Iron Chest."

In the Estate of PETER WOLFE, Esquire, deceased intestate.
PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable Court, the Creditors of the above named deceased are, on or before the 10th day of May next, to come in and prove their debts before Robert Rodger Strang, Esq., Registrar of the said Court, at his Office, in the Court-house, Wellington, or in default thereof they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the said Estate.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the General Annual Licensing Meeting for the District of Wellington will be held at this Court, on Tuesday, the 18th day of April next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering applications for Licenses for the sale of Fermented and Spirituous Liquors, in compliance with the provisions of the Licensing Ordinance, 5 Victoria, Session 11, No. 12.
All applications must be lodged with the Clerk of the Bench, on or before Tuesday, the 4th day of April next.
