NAME OF APPLICANT BOUNDARIES OF RUN. PROBABLE EXTENT IN ACRES. Amount of Stock, the property of Applicant, or in his permanent possession, now on the Run. Locality or extent of any other Run held by Applicant in this Province.
S. Tiffen N. The Northern boundary of the Hapuku block to the college land; thence the straight line from the S.E. corner of the college land to the Kaikoura creek, forming one of Mr. Pharazyn’s boundaries. W. The Kaikoura creek, and the line from the said creek forming Mr. Abbott’s eastern boundary. E. The Tukituki. S. The Tukituki and Waipawa river. 12,700, hills, grass and fern. 4,000 sheep

James Anderson W. The Aonoura river to a point on that river three miles in a straight line from its juncture with the Waikari river. N. A straight line from the last named point on the Aonoura, to a point on the Pohaunui river, (or in the direction of its course,) three miles in a straight line from its mouth, and thence the Pohaunui river to the sea. E. The sea. S. The Waikari river. 30,000, very rugged hills, covered with high fern. 50 head of cattle to be placed on the run immediately, which will be increased as the run can maintain them. The run being quite unfit to receive sheep, the flock of about 1200 are depastured near Castle Point. None.

The amount of purchased land is not included in the estimate of the probable extent of the Runs. Bush Land of the Crown to be excepted. The two last columns are from Returns certified as correct by the Applicants respectively.
