In the Estate of Edward Bevan, Deceased, Intestate.

PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honourable Court, the Creditors of the above-named Deceased are, on or before the 10th of August next, to come in and prove their debts before Robert Rodger Strang, Esquire, Registrar of the said Court, at his Office, in the Court House, Wellington, or, in default thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the said Estate.
