IT is hereby notified that the authority
given to JAMES HIRST, of Carlyle,
to take proceedings for the recovery of
Rates unpaid in No. 25 Road District,
is hereby cancelled, and that I now
appoint

EDWIN ROBERT MORGAN,
of Kakaramea, to sue for all unpaid
Rates in the said district.

the Provincial Council, and assented
to by the Superintendent of Taranaki
on behalf of the Governor, intituled

"The Furze Ordinance 1868 Amendment Ordinance, 1875;"
"The Roads and Bridges Ordinance
1858 Amendment Ordinance,
1875;" and
"The Supplementary Appropriation
Act, 1875,"

having been laid before the Governor,
his Excellency has not been advised to
exercise his power of disallowance with
respect to the same.
