NATIVE LANDS COURT.

NOTICE UNDER "THE NATIVE LANDS ACT, 1873," OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at New Plymouth on the 21st of October next, and following days.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries. Place where Plan will be deposited for inspection.
Hoera Parepare, Harata Pikia Moturoa, New Plymouth At Moturoa: On the southern side of the Institution, on Mr. Whiteley's land The maps of these lands, if they have been surveyed, can be seen at the office of the Inspector of Surveys, Taranaki.
Hoera Parepare, Harata Pikia Ratapipi, New Plymouth On the southern side of the boundary of Paritutu, near Richard Barrett's land. The maps of these lands, if they have been surveyed, can be seen at the office of the Inspector of Surveys, Taranaki.
