NOTICE.

Appointing a Public Pound on Section No. 9, Hawera 10-Acre Sections, Patea.

New Plymouth, July 6, 1874.

In exercise of the powers vested in me by an Ordinance of the Superintendent and Provincial Council of Taranaki, intituled, "An Ordinance to restrict the Trespass of Cattle," Session 18, No. 7, I, Arthur Standish, Esquire, Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Taranaki, do hereby notify that I have appointed the following place to be a Public Pound for the purposes of the said Ordinance:

The Pound on Section No. 9, Hawera 10-Acre Sections, Patea.

Appointing a Public Pound Paddock on Section No. 9, Hawera 10-Acre Sections, Patea.

New Plymouth, July 6, 1874.

In exercise of the powers vested in me by an Ordinance of the Superintendent and Provincial Council of Taranaki, intituled, "An Ordinance to restrict the Trespass of Cattle," Session 18, No. 7, I, Arthur Standish, Esquire, Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Taranaki, do hereby proclaim the following paddock to be a Pound Paddock according to the terms of the said recited Ordinance:

Hawera 10-Acre Sections, Paddock in Section No. 9.

Trespass of Cattle, Session 18, No. 7, I, Arthur Standish, Esquire, Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Taranaki, do hereby appoint Charles Tait to be keeper of the Pound erected on Section No. 9, Hawera 10-Acre Sections.
