Terms of Payment.

One-fourth of the purchase money in cash at the fall of the hammer, the remainder at or before the expiration of three calendar months from the day of sale, to be paid at the office of the Commissioner of Crown Lands, at New Plymouth.

The above-mentioned sections are adjoining and adjacent to the Railway Terminus, the Waitara Bridge, and land in the Township of Raleigh rapidly rising in value.
