It is hereby notified that an Auctioneers’ License has this day been issued to Decimus Atkinson, of the Town of New Plymouth, Commission Agent.

RAILWAY RESERVE EXERCISED OVER CERTAIN LANDS IN HUIRANGI DISTRICT.

Crown Lands Office,
New Plymouth, 18th October, 1873.

It is notified that the right to exercise a Railway Reserve over the Rural Allotments in the Huirangi District, numbered respectively 187, 188, 189, 190, 191, 192, 193, 194, 195, 196, 197, 198, 199, 200, 201, 202, 203, and 204, has been exercised by taking from the said Allotments the Railway Reserve three chains in width, more particularly described on the plan of the said Allotments deposited in the Deeds Register Office, in New Plymouth for registration.
