I HEREBY appoint
WILLIAM WILLIAMS
to be Inspector of Scab for the Patea District; bounded as follows :-
On the North by the Southern boundary of the Electoral District of Grey and Bell; on the South-east by the Province of Wellington; on the South-west by the sea from the mouth of the Patea River to the mouth of the Waingongoro River; and on the West by the Eastern boundary of the Omata District.
