THE PROVINCIAL COMPULSORY LAND TAKING ACT, 1865.

New Plymouth, February 17, 1872.

PURSUANT to Standing Rules and Orders for regulating the proceedings on Bills for the compulsory purchase of Land under “The Provincial Compulsory Land Taking Act, 1865,” passed by the Provincial Council 27th March, 1871, and approved of by His Excellency the Governor in Council 17th May, 1871, I hereby give notice that it is intended to introduce a Bill into Council in the next session to provide for the diversion of a Kent Road through part of Rural Allotment numbered 5 (five) on the map of the Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred, in the Province of Taranaki, now in the occupation of Alfred Marsh, of New Plymouth, in the Province of Taranaki aforesaid.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership existing between Edward Williams, Grocery and Drapery Storekeeper, of Vivian Street, New Plymouth, in the Provincial District of Taranaki, and Edward Stafford, of the same place, and formerly carried on in the said partnership, will be dissolved by mutual consent, and from and after the date of such dissolution, the said business will be carried on by either of the said parties.

QUARTERLY LICENSING MEETING.

Resident Magistrate’s Court,
New Plymouth, February 5, 1872.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Quarterly Licensing Meeting for the Licensing District of Taranaki, for the purpose of taking into consideration all applications for Licenses and for the transfer, renewal or removal of such Licenses, will be held in the Court Room, in the Taranaki Institute, at noon on Tuesday, the 5th day of March, 1872.
