CROWN GRANTS.

Crown Land's Office,
New Plymouth, December 14, 1872.

THE Deeds of Grant below specified having been duly executed, are now ready for registration and delivery, on the following conditions:—

The Grantee, or his properly authorised representative, must, in the first place, make application to the Commissioner of Crown Lands for the delivery of the Grant, and pay the fee of one Pound for the Crown Grant, and the fee for Registration.

The Grant will then be forwarded to the Registrar of Deeds, and the applicant will be furnished with a written authority to receive it from that Officer after registration.

N.B.—A fee of sixpence per month will be charged on all Grants remaining in the Crown Lands Office after three months from date of publication in the Provincial Government Gazette.

NGA KARAUNA KARATI

Ko nga Karauna Karati mo nga pihi whenua kua tuhituhia ki raro nei me nga ingoa o nga tangata na ratou te whenua (ara nga whenua o nga Maori o Puketapu o Urenui o Katapihihi) ko aua Karauna Karati kua oti nei. Tenei ano te ritenga mo te rironga o nga Karati ki nga tangata.

Ko te tangata nona to whenua ko tetahi tangata ranei i pai ai ia me tono ki te Kamihiana o nga whenua Karauna kia tukua mai te Karati. Me hoatu hoki ki a ia kotahi pauna (£1) mo tana Karati me te tekau ma toru herene me te hikipene mo te tuhituhinga i te ahua (ara te kape) o taua Karati. I reira ka tukua ki te kai tuhituhi o nga ahua o nga pukapuka pera, ka riro mai hoki te pukapuka mo te tangata nona te Karati kia homai ki a ia e te kaituhituhi tona Karati me ka oti te tuhituhi.
