Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir George Ferguson Bowen,
Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor
and Commander-in-Chief in
and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies,
and Vice-Admiral of the same, at
the Government House, at Wel-
ington ; and issued under the Seal
of the said Colony, this thirteenth
day of August, in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred
and seventy-two.

Provincial Council and assented to by
the Superintendent of the Province of Tara-
naki, intituled
"Town of New Plymouth Public Works Ordinance Extension Ordinance, 1872,"
and
"New Plymouth Hospital Ordinance,
1872,"
having been laid before the Governor, His Excellency has not been advised to exercise
his power of disallowance with respect to
those Ordinances.
