a Commissioner to enquire into and determine the claims of Volunteers and Militiamen of the Province of Taranaki, to remission certificates, under the provisions of the "Volunteers Land Act, 1865," in the place of Thomas Kelly, Esq., M.H.R., unavoidably absent.
