A MEETING of the RATEPAYERS of No. 20 District will be held at the Institute, on SATURDAY, the 8th April next, at 2 p.m., for the purpose of considering the necessity of mortgaging the Road Rates for the purpose of giving collateral security to George Cutfield, Esq., for the sum of £1,000 advanced by him for forming and metalling the North Road.
