Appointing Public Pound on Section No. 106,
in the Village of Manutahi, Huiraugi District.

In exercise of the power vested in me by an Ordinance of the Superintendent and Provincial Council of Taranaki, intituled "An Ordinance to restrict the trespass of Cattle," Session XVII., No. 7,
I, Frederic Alonzo Carrington, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Taranaki, do hereby notify that I have appointed the following place to be a Public Pound for the purposes of the said Ordinance:—

The Pound on Allotment No. 106, in the Village of Manutahi, in the Huiraugi District.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Quarterly Licensing Meeting for the purpose of taking into consideration all applications for Licenses and the transfer, renewal, or removal of such Licenses under the "Sale of Liquors Ordinance, 1866," will be held in the Court House, in the Taranaki Institute, at New Plymouth, on Tuesday, the 7th day of March, 1871, at noon.
