Appointing Collector of Tolls for the Henui
Toll Gate, on the North Road.

IN exercise of the authority vested in the
Superintendent by an Ordinance of
the Superintendent and Provincial Council,
intituled "An Ordinance to authorise the
erection of Toll Bars and levying Tolls
within the Province of Taranaki," Session
XVI., No. 6, I, GEORGE CUTFIELD, Esquire,
Deputy Superintendent of the Province of
Taranaki, do hereby appoint

JOHN BISHOP, Senior,

to be Collector of Tolls at the Henui Toll
Gate, on the North Road. The appoint
ment to take effect from the 1st day of
September, 1870.
