NOTICE is hereby given that a Circuit
Court of the Supreme Court for the
Northern District of New Zealand, for the
despatch of civil and criminal business, will
be held in the Court House, at the Taranaki
Institute, Brougham-street, New Plymouth,
on Thursday, the 20th day of
January, 1870, at eleven o’clock in the
forenoon, or as soon after as may be con-
venient, at which time and place all persons
bound by recognizances to appear as pro-
secutors, witnesses, or defendants, are re-
quired to give their attendance.
