Notice is hereby given, that the undermentioned persons have obtained Certificates of Naturalization, under "The Naturalization Act, 1866," viz.:

- Charles Frederick Wells
- William Henry Jones
- James Edward Harris
- Thomas George Robinson
- Frederick William Green
- George Edward Taylor
The above Certificates have been granted subject to the provisions of "The Naturalization Act, 1866," and each of the said persons is entitled to all political and other rights, powers, and privileges, and is subject to all obligations to which a natural-born British subject is entitled or subject in New Zealand.

TENDERS FOR GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS.
Sealed tenders, addressed to the Colonial Secretary, will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office, Wellington, until noon of Thursday, the 27th day of February, 1868, for the conveyance of mails in the Province of Wellington as follows:
- From Wellington to Wanganui, once a week
- From Wellington to Greytown, twice a week
Tenders to state the amount of subsidy required, the time of starting, and the days of arrival and departure at each place.
Forms of tender may be obtained on application at the Colonial Secretary's Office, Wellington.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.
Tenders are invited for the construction of a Bridge over the River Hutt, at or near the town of Upper Hutt, in the Province of Wellington.
Plans and specifications may be seen, and forms of tender obtained, at the office of the Provincial Engineer, Wellington.
Sealed tenders will be received at the office of the Colonial Secretary, Wellington, until noon of Monday, the 24th day of February, 1868.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
