to be Revising Officer for the Electoral Districts of Grey and Bell, town of New Plymouth, and Omata.

pleased to appoint
Robert Chisholm Hammerton, Esq.,
to be Registrar of Deeds at New Plymouth,
in the Province of Taranaki.
This appointment to take effect on and
from the 1st of August next.
TARANAKI Lighter Company (Limited).
Notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Taranaki
Lighter Company (Limited), held at the registered office of the Company, on the Beach
New Plymouth, on Friday, the twenty-second
day of May, 1868, at the hour of three
O’clock p.m., of which meeting a notice
specifying the intention to propose the following resolution had been duly given, the
said resolution was passed unanimously by
such shareholders of the Company for the
time being entitled to vote as were present
in person or by proxy thereat:
Resolution—"It is resolved that the
Taranaki Lighter Company (Limited)
shall be wound up voluntarily."

Notice is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of the Taranaki
Lighter Company (Limited) will be held at
the registered office of the Company, on the
Beach, New Plymouth, on Tuesday, the
twenty-third day of June, 1868, at the hour
of three o’clock p.m., for the purpose of
confirming the following resolution, which was
passed unanimously by the shareholders of
the Company for the time being entitled to
vote, present at a meeting of the Company
hold at the registered office of the Company,
on the Beach, New Plymouth, on Friday,
the twenty-second day of May, 1868, duly
convened for the purpose:
Resolution—"It is resolved that the
Taranaki Lighter Company (Limited)
shall be wound up voluntarily."
