NOTICE
Appointing time for payment of Road Rates for the 2nd Road District.
Superintendent’s Office,
New Plymouth, March 7, 1867.
IN exercise of the powers vested in me by the “Roads and Bridges Ordinance, 1858,” I hereby appoint that the first instalment of 9d. per acre of the rate for the year 1866-7, imposed on all lands within the District herein specified, shall be paid at the Provincial Treasury, Mount Eliot, on March 12, 1867.

IN exercise of the powers vested in me by the “Roads and Bridges Ordinance, 1858,” I hereby appoint that the rates for the year 1866-7, imposed on all lands within the District specified, shall be paid at the Provincial Treasury, Mount Eliot, on March 12, 1867.

John Daniels to be Ensign. Date of commission, 22nd December, 1866.
