THE notice published in the Government Gazette of the Province, and dated July 26th, 1867, appointing Thomas Goddard to be Poundkeeper at the Bell Black Pound in the place of Henry Trim, is hereby cancelled, and the said Henry Trim is hereby re-appointed from the date of the said notice.

to receive arrears of Road Rates for the years 1865-6 and 1866-7, and to take action for the recovery of such arrears, if not forthwith paid, in the manner provided by the 26th clause of the “Roads and Bridges Ordinance, 1858.”
