NOTICE
Appointing time for payment of the Road
Rates for the 15th (Oakura) District.

Superintendent’s Office,
New Plymouth, Sept. 29, 1866.

IN exercise of the powers vested in the
Superintendent by the “Roads and
Bridges Ordinance, 1858,” I hereby appoint
that the rates imposed under the provisions
of the said Ordinance on all lands in the
Fifteenth District (Oakura), shall be paid
at the Provincial Treasury, Mount Eliot,
on the first day of October, one thousand
eight hundred and sixty-six.
