TENDERS FOR IRONWORK FOR THE HARBOR DEPARTMENT.

THE following Tenders for the supply of Ironwork to the Harbor Department for the present year, were received and opened on the 24th December, 1864, and are published for general information:

ACCEPTED.

J. M. Vivian, knees, rollocks, boat hooks, &c., at 8½d per lb.; skid irons at 7¼d. per lb.

REJECTED.

D. Atkinson at 8d per lb.

Alex. Thompson at 9d. per lb.

TENDER FOR BOAT REPAIRS.

Superintendent’s Office,
New Plymouth, 10th Jan., 1865.

THE following Tender, for labour only, necessary to keep the Boats of the Harbor Department in an efficient state of repair for the three months commencing the 1st January, and ending the 31st March, 1865, was received and opened on the 24th December, 1864, and is published for general information:—

ACCEPTED.

James Buchanan, £9 18s. 0d. per month.

J. M. Vivian at 7½ per lb.; steel’d hammers, &c., at 1s. per lb.

REJECTED.

D. Atkinson at 8d. per lb.

J. Street at 8½ per lb.

Alex. Thompson, at 8¾ per lb.
