Altering the minimum rate for certain districts constituted under the “Roads and Bridges Ordinance 1858.”

In exercise of the authority vested in the Superintendent by an Ordinance of the Superintendent and Provincial Council of Taranaki, intituled the “Roads and Bridges Ordinance, 1858,” and in accordance with a resolution of the Provincial Council in that behalf, I, Henry Robert Richmond, Esquire, Superintendent of the said province, do hereby alter the minimum rate for the undermentioned districts constituted under the said Ordinance, to the sum of Three Pence per acre:—

Altering the month for General Meetings under the “Roads and Bridges Ordinance, 1858,” and convening General Meetings.

In exercise of the authority vested in the Superintendent by an Ordinance of the Superintendent and Provincial Council of Taranaki, intituled the “Roads and Bridges Ordinance, 1858,” and in accordance with a resolution of the Provincial Council in that behalf, I, Henry Robert Richmond, Esquire, Superintendent of the said province, do hereby alter the month for the holding of general meetings of the electors for the districts constituted under the said-recited Ordinance from the month of May to the month of November: And I hereby further appoint that General Meetings of the electors for the several districts shall be held in this present month of November, as follows:—

For the first district, at the Taranaki Institute, Town of New Plymouth, on Saturday, the 25th day of November inst., at 3 p.m.

For the second district, at the Taranaki Institute, Town of New Plymouth, on Saturday, the 18th day of November inst., at 3 p.m.

For the third district, at the Taranaki Institute, Town of New Plymouth, on Monday, the 20th day of November inst., at 3 p.m.

For the fourth district, at the Taranaki Institute, Town of New Plymouth, on Monday, the 20th day of November inst., at 3 p.m.

For the fifth district, at the Taranaki Institute, Town of New Plymouth, on Saturday, the 18th day of November inst., at 3 p.m.

For the sixth district, at the Taranaki Institute, Town of New Plymouth, on Wednesday, the 22nd day of November inst., at 3 p.m.

For the seventh district, at the Taranaki Institute, Town of New Plymouth, on Wednesday, the 22nd day of November inst., at 3 p.m.

For the eighth district, at the Taranaki Institute, Town of New Plymouth, on Saturday, the 25th day of November inst., at 3 p.m.
