sections 60 and 75; thence by the said boundary and by a line running through section 47 until it meets the Mango-here-rangi stream; thence by the said stream to the Herekawe to the boundary line between sections 3 and 4; thence by a line through sections 3 and 13 crossing the junction of the Barrett and Omata Roads to the junction of sections 5, 6, 13, and 14; thence by the boundary line between sections 14 and 6 to the boundary line between section No. 6 and the Native Reserve No. 1; thence by the said boundary to the Devon Road; thence by the said road to a road between the Native Reserve No. 1 and the Mission Station; thence by the said road to the beach.
7th District.—All Lands bounded as follows, viz.:—On the North by the Tapuae and Ngakara streams; thence on the East by the boundaries of the Fifth and Fourth Districts, and on the West by the boundary line of the Omata block.
8th District.—All Lands West of the boundary of the Omata Block.
9th District.—All Lands bounded as follows, viz.:—On the North by the Sea, on the East by the Sixth District, on the South by the Seventh District, and on the West by the boundary of the Omata block.
10th District.—All lands bounded as follows, viz.:—Towards the North by the Third District; towards the East by the River Mangorei; towards the South by the boundary of the Omata block; and towards the West by the River Henui.

COMMISSION.
International and Industrial Exhibitions to be held in Bombay, Paris, and Melbourne, respectively.
By His Excellency Sir George Grey, Knight Commander of the Most Honourable Order of the Bath, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same, &c., &c., &c.
To THEIR HONOURS THE SUPERINTENDENTS FOR THE TIME BEING OF THE PROVINCES IN THE COLONY OF NEW ZEALAND, GREETING:—
WHEREAS it has been proposed that an International Exhibition of Works of Industry and Art should be held in Bombay, which Exhibition it is proposed should be opened on the fourth day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six.
And whereas it has been proposed that a similar Exhibition should be held in Paris in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven.
And whereas it has been proposed that a similar Exhibition should be held in Melbourne in the early part of the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six.
And whereas it is expedient that a Commission should be appointed for the purpose of securing the proper representation, at such aforesaid Exhibitions respectively, of the produce, arts, and manufactures of the colony of New Zealand.
Now know ye, that I, the Governor, reposing great trust and confidence in your knowledge and ability, have authorised and appointed you, and do by these presents authorise and appoint you, the said Superintendents for the time being of the provinces in the Colony of New Zealand, to be a Commission for the purpose of securing the proper representation at such aforesaid Exhibitions respectively, of the produce, arts, and manufactures of the said Colony.
And I do hereby further authorise you respectively to appoint in the several Provinces of which you are Superintendents, local Committees of such persons as each of you may consider it expedient to appoint for the purpose of encouraging the production of articles to be exhibited.
And I do hereby further authorise you respectively to conduct communication between the Exhibitors and the Commissioners of the several aforesaid proposed Exhibitions.
And I do hereby give and grant to the said Commission, and each of you power and authority by all lawful means and ways whatsoever, to carry out all matters and things tending to the completion of the object of this Commission.
Given under my hand, at the Government House, at Wellington, and issued under the Seal of the Colony of New Zealand, this thirteenth day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-five.
