NOTICE
Constituting Districts under the "Branding of Cattle Ordinance, 1865, revoked.

In exercise of the authority vested in me by the "Branding of Cattle Ordinance, 1865," I hereby revoke the notice constituting districts under the said Ordinance, dated 23rd August, 1865, and published in the Government Gazette No. 21, 24th August, 1865.

NOTICE
Constituting Districts under the "Branding of Cattle Ordinance, 1865."
Superintendent's Office,
New Plymouth, August 31, 1865.
In exercise of the authority vested in the Superintendent by an Ordinance of the Superintendent and Provincial Council of Taranaki, intituled the "Branding of Cattle Ordinance, 1865," I, Charles Brown, Esquire, Superintendent of the province of Taranaki, do hereby constitute the following districts for the purposes of the said Ordinance:
No. 1. District.
The block of land lying between the Waiwakaiho river and the eastern boundary of the Bell and Tarurutangi districts, including No. 1. Road District, constituted under the "Roads and Bridges Ordinance, 1858."
No. 2. District.
The block of land lying between the Henui and Waiwakaiho rivers, including part of No. 3 and the whole of Nos. 2 and 10 Road Districts.
No. 3. District.
The block of land lying between the rivers Huatoki and Henui, including part of No. 3 and the whole of No. 4 Road Districts.
No. 4. District.
The block of land lying between the foregoing district and the western boundary of the Omata block, including Road Districts Nos. 5, 6, 7, and 9.
