District constituted and Medical Officer appointed under "The Vaccination Act, 1863."

Superintendent’s Office,
New Plymouth, 8th March, 1864.

In pursuance of the authority vested in me by an Act of the General Assembly intituled "The Vaccination Act, 1863," I hereby constitute the acquired lands of the Province of Taranaki a district under the said Act for the purposes of vaccination, and I hereby further notify that Dr. Rawson appointed under the said Act will be in attendance at his residence, Mount Eliot, in the Town of New Plymouth, every Monday at 4 p.m., (until further notice) to vaccinate persons, and also will attend at the same place and time to inspect the progress of such vaccination.
