NOTICE.
Superintendent’s Office,
New Plymouth, 4th December, 1861.
OWNERS and agents of land within the original site of the Town of New Plymouth who have agreed to surrender the same, and selected land in lieu thereof from the Public Reserves in the said Town, are hereby required to convey the lands so surrendered, together with all land orders and documents relating thereto, to the Superintendent, in accordance with the provisions of the “Town of New Plymouth Consolidation Ordinance, 1859.” It is further notified that, until this requirement of the Ordinance be fulfilled, no transfer of the new lands can legally be made.

IN exercise of the powers delegated to me by His Excellency the Governor, by Warrant dated the 1st of October, 1861, I have appointed

to be an Inspector for the Province of Taranaki, under the second section of the “Diseased Cattle Act, 1861.”
