NOTICE.
Superintendent's Office,
New Plymouth, 23rd July, 1859.
WHEREAS by the "Land Orders and Scrip Act, 1856," it is enacted that certain exercised original land orders issued by the Plymouth Company of New Zealand, or by the New Zealand Company, shall be entitled, in priority to general purchasers, to select out of any lands which shall be declared open for purchase, such prior selection to be made on a day to be for that purpose appointed by the Superintendent. Now, therefore, I, the Superintendent of the Province of Taranaki, do hereby give notice and appoint that the surveyed portion of the Taruratangi block (according to the plan of the same deposited at the office of the Commissioner of Crown Lands) will be open for selection at the Crown Lands Office in the Town of New Plymouth on Monday, the 24th day of October, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following Rural Land will be sold under the Land Regulations of the Province, at the Crown Lands Office in the Town of New Plymouth, on Tuesday, the first day of September next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon.
Allotment No. 806, Grey District.—100 acres; bounded on the north by No. 790, on the east by the Mangorei river, on the south by No. 810, and on the west by Nos. 796, 788, and 789.
Allotment No. 113, Omata District.—100 acres; bounded on the north by No. 93, on the east by the Henui river, on the south by No. 129, and on the west by No. 100.
Allotment No. 114, Omata District.—100 acres; bounded on the north by No. 78, on the east by the Ngakara stream, on the south by No. 106, and on the west by the Hurford road.
Allotment No. 16, Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred.—48 acres; bounded on the east by the Egmont road and Nos. 27 and 28, Hua district; on the south by the Araheke stream, and on the west by the Kaipu road.
Allotment No. 17, Hun and Waiwakaiho Hundred.—2 acres; bounded on the north by No. 26, Hun district; on the south by No. 18, Hun and Waiwakaiho Hundred; and on the west by the Egmont road.
Allotment No. 18, Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred.—6 acres; bounded on the north by No. 17, Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred; on the west by the Egmont road.
