RURAL LAND SALE.

Superintendent’s Office,
New Plymouth, 9th July, 1859.

NOTICE is hereby given that the following Rural Land will be sold under the Land Regulations of the Province, at the Crown Lands Office in the Town of New Plymouth, on Tuesday, the first day of September next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon.

Allotment No. 806, Grey District.—100 acres; bounded on the north by No. 790, on the east by the Mangorei river, on the south by No. 810, and on the west by Nos. 796, 788, and 789.

Allotment No. 113, Omata District.—100 acres; bounded on the north by No. 93, on the east by the Henui river, on the south by No. 129, and on the west by No. 100.

Allotment No. 114, Omata District.—100 acres; bounded on the north by No. 78, on the east by the Ngakara stream, on the south by No. 106, and on the west by the Hurford road.

Allotment No. 16, Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred.—48 acres; bounded on the east by the Egmont road and Nos. 27 and 28, Hua district; on the south by the Araheke stream, and on the west by the Kaipiro road.

Allotment No. 17, Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred.—2 acres; bounded on the north by No. 18, Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred; on the east by No. 26, Hua district; and on the west by the Egmont road.

Allotment No. 18, Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred.—6 acres; bounded on the north by No. 17, Hua and Waiwakaiho Hundred; on the east by No. 27, Hua District; and on the west by the Egmont road.
