THE following Act passed by the General Assembly of New Zealand, in the Session held in the twenty-first and twenty-second years of the reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled—
No. 15—"An Act to regulate the Postal Service of the Colony of New Zealand,"
having been laid before the Queen, in conformity with the provisions of the Constitution Act, Her Majesty has been graciously pleased to leave the same to its operation.

SIR,—Referring to your Honor’s despatch of the 25th March, No. 46, applying for the Grant of half an acre of the Mount Eliot Reserve to be made to you under the "Public Reserves Act, 1854," for the purposes of a Taranaki Institute, I have the honor to transmit to you herewith the enclosed Grant, duly executed by
